Great margaritas and service! The chips, guacamole, ceviche and salsa were all very fresh and delicious. The new manager Luis was very friendly and attentive. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and making sure the new restaurant is a success. I will definitely be back!
Visited today to honor a couple of milestones and memories today, and noticed the change of ownership and was very excited to try! Was not disappointed by the friendly service and smiles from the staff as well as the prompt attention and quality eats! I had the Tacos De La Tierra (x3, Beef, Chicken and Pork), and they were each delicious! Also enjoyed their Guava Margarita as well as their Cadillac; highly recommend!!!
Tortilla Mia is THE place for great Mexican food. We had carne asada ( best ever…so moist!) and fish tacos and bean burritos for lunch and it was SO good we took family back the same day for dinner! Happy hour tacos are delicious! Ceviche was wonderful and Luis who helped us was such fun! lunch, dinner, happy… everything here is delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting!

I’ve always loved this location and the dining and bar set-up so we decided to stop by and have a anniversary margarita and what a great surprise. The staff could not have been friendlier, the margaritas and guacamole were fabulous and generous in size.
– Manager Luis, super personable/made great recommendations
– Bar area looks right out to the street for great people watching
– Parking in back of restaurant and on street, HC accessible
We can’t wait to go back for the full meal experience.
Wishing this fun new restaurant great success.
Kid-friendliness: Love the layout of the restaurant and super for families.
Parking: Great parking in back with access to restaurant or on the coast highway in front. Flat, no stairs
Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking in back, close to door and wheelchair/walker accessible. A must for our extended family members
I’ve eaten at this restaurant 5 times now and it keeps getting better and apparently the word is out. The first few times we went there were very few people eating but this last time we went they were packed. Their prices are pretty darn good but the food is great and a nice ambiance. So far we’ve had the fish burrito, chili relleno, chili relleno burrito and carnitas. The chips are fresh and crispy with a great salsa. We just keep going back and our friends from Encinitas came up to join us for the second time. Also, I had a great margarita. Fresh lime juice.
Vegetarian options: I believe they have cheese enchiladas, refried beans, cabbage salad.
Parking: There is parking out front by the street but lots of parking behind the restaurant.
